JIUDI, a beauty and accessories brand, embarked on a journey to launch their first collection of semi-permanent hair dye. Our mission was to define JIUDI as a brand that empowers self-expression through unique hair colors, capturing an audience overlooked by other color brands. This was an opportunity for JIUDI to tap into niche online communities and stand out.
Creating JIUDIWORLD
I worked together with the JIUDI founder to conceptualize JIUDI as JIUDIWORLD—a fantastical galaxy, an escape to another planet. We wanted JIUDI to feel truly otherworldly. The brand launch revolved around the discovery of this new world, guiding customers to navigate through different, vibrant areas. Drawing visual inspiration from early 3D video games and their immersive world-building, we crafted a unique and engaging brand experience
Bringing the Vision to Life
As part of the project, I provided art direction and executed on graphic design assets to bring JIUDIWORLD to life. I built a custom front-end theme for Shopify, ensuring the online store was as captivating as the concept itself. Every element, from the visuals to the user experience, was designed to reflect the brand's fantastical and expressive nature.
